House cleaning in Tacoma, done properly
MaidWise is opening in Tacoma. Vetted, employed cleaners, and prices worked out from thousands of completed jobs instead of a number somebody guessed at.

We are opening across Tacoma and the surrounding Pierce County communities:
If you are just outside these and want us, say so on the early access form. Where we go next is decided by where people ask us to go.
What makes this different
The price is worked out, not invented
Most cleaning companies quote from a rate card somebody made up, then defend it. We publish what house cleaning actually costs, measured from completed jobs, and you can read the methodology yourself. If our quote looks out of line with the data, ask us why.
Employed cleaners, not contractors
Our cleaners are employees. They are background checked, paid properly and trained by us. That matters when somebody is in your house while you are at work, and it is the part of this industry most often quietly skipped.
The same person, wherever possible
Recurring cleaning works when the person knows your home. We build routes so you get the same cleaner, and we tell you honestly when illness or holiday means we cannot.
Recurring, deep and move-out cleaning
Recurring is the core service, every two weeks for most households, weekly for busy homes, every four weeks where that is enough. Deep cleans are for a first visit or a reset, and take longer because they cover what routine cleaning does not. Move-out cleans are scoped to what landlords and buyers actually inspect.
Scheduling in Tacoma
Tacoma is the centre of our route, which makes it the easiest place for us to offer a choice of days and the easiest place to move a visit when something comes up. It is also where we can most often keep the same cleaner on the same house, and that consistency is most of what makes a recurring clean worth having.
The checklist, photographed
This is what we mean by clean
Every photo below is a real clean by Rain City Maids in Seattle, taken by the cleaner who did it. The line under each one is the checklist item it satisfies, word for word. We have not opened yet, so none of these are ours to claim: they are the standard we are bringing.
