House cleaning in Puyallup, WA
Puyallup covers five ZIP codes east of Tacoma and is the busiest part of our service area outside the city itself. It includes the South Hill plateau, which we treat as its own area because that is how people there describe it.
Scheduling in Puyallup
Puyallup is busy enough that we run regular days out there rather than fitting it around Tacoma. That works in your favour: more visits in the area means more choice of times, and a better chance of keeping the same cleaner on your house.
What a clean includes
Kitchens and bathrooms properly, not quickly: surfaces, sinks, showers, toilets, the outsides of appliances. Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout. Dusting of the surfaces you actually see, including sills and skirting. Beds made if you would like them made. We bring our own supplies and equipment, and there is no charge for that.
Recurring, deep and move-out cleans are the same people doing more or less of the same work. A deep clean adds the things a regular visit does not reach every time; a move-out clean assumes the house is empty and is priced on the state you leave it in.
How pricing works
You see the whole total before you commit, and there is no separate service fee added at checkout. Recurring work costs less per visit because the house never gets far from clean: 20% off weekly, 15% off every two weeks, 10% off monthly.

The checklist, photographed
This is what we mean by clean
Every photo below is a real clean by Rain City Maids in Seattle, taken by the cleaner who did it. The line under each one is the checklist item it satisfies, word for word. We have not opened yet, so none of these are ours to claim: they are the standard we are bringing.
